He can't open the print dialog box from any application--Mail, Firefox, Quickbooks, Word, etc. He can't print anything at all because the dialog box won't open when selecting and or clicking the print icon if there is one in that application. Is there a way to batch print MS Word documents without having to negotiate the print dialog box for every file? Desktop printer and Automater (print Finder items) will open and 'print' every file, but one has to confirm the print diaglog settings and hit return for every file.
